* Orders must be received by 6pm for same day delivery
*Deliveries will begin at 8pm and continue until completed.
*All items ordered will be placed by the campsite number post if no one is at the campsite.
*I understand that I must phone in an order or place an online store order IN ADDITION to completion of this form for the delivery to take place
*A delivery fee of $2.50 will be added to my order.
