Just wanted to thank Shireen, John, and Kevin again for being FABULOUS teachers and trip leaders today! They were so helpful, patient, fun, and diligent about the safety and comfort of everyone in our group. We got so lucky it was such a beautiful day, too! My daughter and I really enjoyed ourselves.
We will definitely try to do more trips with you guys whenever we can!

"I want to extend a sincere thank you for the excellent customer service that I experienced this Friday & Saturday. I interacted & talked with a number of the CanoeSport staff & ALL were outstanding, helpful & very customer service focused! While I unfortunately did not ask her name, I wanted to give a special shout out to the young lady who helped me load & tie down my Pilgrim boat. I have the Yakima Rack & Roll & stupidly, I did not bring it because I really did not think I would be bringing a boat home & I did not want to be hauling an empty trailer for a 9 hour trip. Well, lucky for you, not bringing the trailer probably guaranteed that I would buy a boat. It was obviously that the young lady loved the challenge of securing the boat given unfavorable conditions. The boat was very solid the entire trip home. I know it rode so well entirely because of her (the knots she used & the tie down creativity)! THANK YOU! Your store was recommended to me & I'm glad it was."
