What SUP Iowa?

SUP or Stand Up Paddling is the new thing to do in paddlesports! What looks like a giant surfboard is actually a platform upon which you stand or kneel from and enjoy the great outdoors. SUP-in originated in Hawaii as a way monitor surfers and as a way to get on the water when there wern't big waves. Now SUP has become one of the fastest growing water sports across the USA and Europe. SUPs come in a variety of materials and colors and we've just the one for you!

CanoeSport Outfitters is taking SUP into a whole new category.... YOGA!! SUPs are about as wide as a yoga mat so why not take them out on the water!?! With the added benefit of being out on the water Yoga SUP gives you a great yoga workout and great practice using balance!

We're done with SUP yoga and classes for this year look for 2012 dates posted next spring!
