Red Rock Intro Tour Description

Enjoy 100' sandstone cliffs and sea caves along the picturesque shores of Iowa's best sea kayaking destination. Learn about the formation of the cliffs, discover fossils along the shores, and hear about the history of the valley which is now under water. This class is slower paced and we'll only paddle a few miles exploring the shore. We'll stop for a longer lunch and take a few breaks

Cost is $53

Red Rock Eco Tour Description

Depending on weather conditions we'll paddle from Elk Rock to Cordova Cliffs and explore the deeper waters of the lake. We'll also paddle along the sandstone cliffs and sea caves. This class is designed to be more paddling oriented with the potential to do a lake crossing.

Prerequisite: Kayaking Fundamentals I

Cost is $53
