Intermediate Kayaking I

Description

This course is for paddlers who want to take their skills beyond the beginner level. It provides the foundation for doing calm, open water. We'll focus on improving your boat control through better balance and edging. Students will further develop their torso rotation and the intermediate strokes. In addition we'll introduce rolling and bow rescues.

Meet at the Lake Ahquabi State Park at the beach

Prerequisite: Kayaking Fundamentals I, II, and III

Cost is $106
