Description

Expanding on our Fundamentals I course we focus on boat control and improved manueverability. Begin learning to combine strokes between the bow and stern. We'll also introduce the concept of healing and using your body to help with boat control. We continue working on the j-stroke and paddler communication. We'll require practicing a T-Rescue and play with a few other capsize scenarios.

Prerequisite: None

Cost is $50 plus tax
