Casey Holmes is opening a new bicycle shop in the old CanoeSport location of 207 West Salem Avenue, which is located directly to the west of our store. This business will take over the bicycle sales which CanoeSport Outfitters started earlier this year. Separating the two stores will allow CanoeSport to remain 100% focused on the sport of paddling.

Casey will still spend time selling canoes and kayaks, but will begin spending more time focusing on her bicycle shop as the season progresses. She decided to begin this venture after seeing Indianola lose its' bike shop several years ago and no one coming along to fill the void.

We'll be remodeling the location over the next few months and will then move the bikes, bicycle accessories, and bicycle repair shop into the space. Until the remodeling is complete all bicycles and bicycling items will remain on thesales floor of CanoeSport Outfitters.

Watch for the new Laughing Lizard Cycles web site which will be coming soon. Until then updates will be posted on the CanoeSport web site.
