Description

After taking the Kayaking Fundamental Series we welcome you to put your skills to the test. We'll follow the guidlines set by the American Canoe Association to assess you at a Level I 'Kayaker' or Level 2 'Coastal Kayaker.' We will briefly review skills that will be assessed, show you the test routine, and take the skills test. The assessment is all on water. Participants will receive either a Level 1 or Level 2 certification. To be officially recognized participants must be members of the ACA which can be accomplished through www.americancanoe.org.

Prerequisite: Kayaking Fundamentals I, II, III
